The Grant committee meets every 2 months to consider grant applications and project proposals.

Parishioners as individuals or in a group, may also consider projects and apply for grants, but should get your parish priest support for your application. 

GUIDELINES - Project Proposals

1. Purpose of project: 

The project must make a difference towards an individual or a family or a community. 

2. There must be a team to manage the project and members are identified with clear roles and responsibilities.

3. Timeline:  A timeline must be given to the key milestones of the proposed project.

The project proposal must the scope project (clear goal, viable, affordable, measurable). Provide planning of the 

Why, what, who, when, where, how.  Cost estimates must be provided as well as potential project funding resources.

4. What is the expected outcome must be clearly stated.
